You can request assistance for all A/V inquiries using any one of 3 separate methods.
- Form submission - This method should be used for General questions regarding A/V services at University of Florida
- You can fill in this form and the AV Designers will contact the persons identified on the form submission to schedule an on-site consultation.
- Email Submission - This method should be used for General questions regarding A/V projects already in progress or completed.
- Cherwell Ticketing system - This method should be used for all New A/V installations, Service requests, and all Upgrade/repair requests.
- The Cherwell ticketing system is more commonly referred to as 'My IT' and can be accessed at this website.
