Normally, downlinks need to be scheduled before all information requested on the from is available to you.
In order to reserve the time as early as possible, leave the Satellite Location and Information blank if you
do not have that information at this time. You can then provide it to us using this form, email (video@ufl.edu),
or fax (352-392-3760 Attn Video Services) as soon as you receive it.

Viewing downlinks from a Campus Cable location has no additional charge. If you wish to view the
downlink at another location please go back and fill out the Point-to-Point section of the form also.
