Description: This Alert Notice will run continuously with the latest status for some Enterprise Reporting data and reports.

  • The Enterprise Reporting Data Warehouse (for ad hoc queries) has been updated with data through 6AM on 05/08/2008.
  • The Department Summary Ledger Cubes have been updated with data through 6AM on 05/08/2008.
  • The Delivered Cost Distribution Detail (PDF & XLS) is available with data through 05/04/2008.
  • The Delivered Preliminary Paylist is available with data through 05/01/2008.
  • The Final Paylist is available with data through 05/02/2008.
  • The Delivered Salary Status Detail Cost Projection is now available for 05/02/2008 through 6/30/2008.

    The historical version is in the same format of the new monthly financial reports except the historical version does not include any amounts for the Budget, Beginning Balance, or Available Balance columns in the various summary reports (Grant, Appropriations, and Cash) since the historical reports are only intended to reconcile monthly fiscal activity.

    Motor Fuel Account Update
    Account 736000 will not appear on any Summary or Transaction Detail reports from May 2006 (Per 11 FY06) through July 2006 (Per 1 FY07). These reports will include this account beginning with August 2006 (Per 2 FY07).

    Subject: Display issue for Macintosh Safari Browser v. 3.1.1 and myUFL Posted: Wed 5/07/2008 15:44:12
    Description: Safari version 3.1.1 does not display links and text properly from the myUFL Portal.  Any link that is longer than one line overlaps the links below the second line.  The same behavior is exhibited with paragraph text.  We are working to see if the issue exists with previous versions of the browser.

    Oracle (PeopleSoft), supports Safari v. 3.0 on Mac OSX. They do not yet support Safari 3.1.1.  The myUFL Browser Requirements page is being updated to reflect this information.  We have requested that Oracle support Safari v. 3.1.1.

    Firefox v .1.0 is supported, does render properly, and can be used as a temporary alternative to Safari.  Our testing indicates that Firefox v. 2.0.0.14 (Mac OSX v. 10.5) and v. 2.0.0.12 (Mac OSX v. 10.4.10) appear to work properly. If you have already upgraded your Safari browser, you may wish to use Firefox for access to myUFL.
