Most issues related to myUFL Finance, Human Resources, and Contracts & Grants applications are not technical in nature and are best addressed at the appropriate core office. Click on one of the following headings for information on resources that you can use when you encounter a problem, or to send a message to the appropriate resource using the UF Computing Help Desk's Ask a Question system.
If you cannot see links or access a module, or suspect a system issue:
-> Check the Help Desk website link myUFL Alert Notices for outages and any myUFL related listserves such as UFACC-L.
-> Log out ot your myUFL session. Open only one browser. Clear your cache and cookies, close out the browser and begin a new session.
-> If the above does not resolve the issue, contact the UF Computing Help Desk: Ask via the Web, E-mail: helpdesk@ufl.edu, or call (352)392-HELP option 6.
