Lab Printing With Windows Vista
1. Click the Blue Start Orb
2. Go to Control Panel
3. Click Printers
4. Click Add a Printer
5. Click Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth printer
6. Click The printer that I want isn’t listed
7. Click Select a shared printer by name
8. Now add printer by name
9. For Black and White printing type:

If trying to print from the Hub
For Color printing type:
http://panther.circa.ufl.edu/ipps/hub-120-clq
10. Click Next
11. Windows will prompt you for a Network Password, please enter your Gatorlink Username and Password for these fields.
12. The printer will be set to become the default printer, if you do not wish this to be the case please check off the “set as default printer option” and Click Next
13. If you have completed all the steps correctly it will say You’ve successfully added the printer. You can now print a test page or Click Finish to complete this process.
