To clear cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox:
Note:Make sure you only have one internet browser open while clearing cache and cookies to complete the process correctly.
1.In Firefox, on the Tools menu, click on Options… .
2.Click on Privacy and then on the Cookies tab. Click on Clear Cookies Now.
3.Now click on the Cache tab and click on Clear Cache Now.
- Click OK and close and reopen the browser. Your cache and cookies are now cleared!
